Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

Nomination confirmations, sponsorship enquiry acknowledgements, payment confirmations, and event coordination emails are generally sent within 48 hours of receiving complete details, subject to working days, payment verification, and operational load.

2. Physical Deliverables

Trophies, certificates, plaques, printed magazine copies, delegate kits, sponsor material, and similar physical deliverables are generally handed over at the event. If dispatch is required, we aim to ship within 30 days after the event, subject to printer/vendor timelines, address accuracy, courier availability, and payment clearance.

3. Delivery Area

Delivery is generally within India. International delivery may be considered on request and may involve additional charges, customs requirements, and longer timelines.

4. Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delay or return caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, courier restrictions, natural events, government restrictions, or force majeure. Re-dispatch may require additional payment.
