These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have primary jurisdiction, with Bangalore courts having concurrent jurisdiction for event-location disputes. Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with law. The seat and language of arbitration should be confirmed in the final lawyer-reviewed version.
